Based on your arrival date, your 3 months to register end soon. Take the Application form for AHCIP Coverage (AHC0102) to any registry agent office. You will need your Alberta address and proof of immigration status.
What you'll need
- Your passport
- Your PR card, or your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR)
- Proof you live in Alberta, such as a rental agreement or a utility or phone bill
- Completed Application form for AHCIP Coverage (AHC0102)
