AHCIP covers most hospital and doctor services. You have a 3-month window from your arrival date — do not wait. Apply online or by mail using form SC 10093.
What you'll need
- Passport (all pages)
- Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR)
- Proof of Alberta address (lease, utility bill, or bank statement)
- Completed AHCIP form SC 10093
